Internet service was breakdown from 09.06.2021 @ 23:00 Hrs to 11.06.2021 @ 12:00 Hrs (61 Hrs of Breakdown).
Fiber line was faulty and hence I need to recharge from Airtel Internet to continue my office job and children online classes. (Rs. 500 Additional Expenditure)
Now Jio is not providing me extension in my existing plan for 61 Hrs of breakdown. (Refer attached mail complain no -SR0000159VKJ )
Request your kind intervention to provide me extension of 61 hrs of plan for breakdown period and compensation for trouble I faced and Charges which i paid to avail internet service from alternate sources during breakdown.
