i buy a smart phone in exchange offer with my old smart phone.
as per company offer they will pick your old phone after 3 days of new phone,
but no one come to pick old phone, and without visit, they will message, the old phone is different as per detail given.
after complain in flipkart customer care they are send autogenerate mail, and suggest to sale back on flip cart sellback option, but in the sale back option they are not ready to take old phone.
