There is an electrical fault since 24 June 2021 . I filed complaints at 7 pm on the same day and told to wait for four hours. On next day when I called at 5.30 am, I got to know that last complaint was canceled and filed complaint again. Since then I was told to wait and wait. No clear reply and no responsible feedback was given. We are facing all problems including house hold and daily needs. My work from home is also affected.
Please resolve the issue at the earliest
