Courier has been sent from Trivandrum (Consignment no: TVM1351653) on 28th April. But still now, I haven’t received the package . Courier agent is lying that my phone number was not reachable and door delivery delivery not available at my area and I have to go there to pick the package. Then why we are paying courier charges at the source location if there is no door delivery
