Hi,
I applied for a New connection on May 1st, 2020 with Airtel for fiber to home (999 plan) internet services and they were very prompt in only doing the documentation and getting the payment done. After that have not been contacted by anyone for Installation, even though it was to be done within 24 hours. If I call the numbers I was contacted by, they don’t give proper replies and now just ignore or disconnect my call. I cannot get through to a customer service executive, i don’t have any news of when they’ll come. I understand if there’s a delay but I need to be informed, feels like I have been cheated. Customer service on twitter also is bad. Nearest airtel store is closed and during lockdown, we’re already facingĀ difficulties, this just adds to it. I need a resolve or atleast a call back from airtel to tell me whats going on !! Please help.
