I have ordered a single door wardrobe for Rs. 5870 in Flipkart on 6th October for which a delivery date of 8th October was given. It was titled ‘Flipkart Perfect Homes Julian Engineered Wood 1 door wardrobe’, but the seller mentioned was “Mythanglory Retail”. The order page does not have a cancellation option. Since the product was not delivered I had demanded a refund which was processed on 14 th October as per the customer care executive. But this again coverts to rescheduling the delivery date instead of a refund. After now about 25 days the delivery date is getting rescheduled instead of a refund. At the customer care helpline… they are not able to cancel the order, nor contact seller, nor escalate the matter nor make a refund. Whenever I place a request for refund, they just mark the issue as resolved where it says place a fresh order.
Flipkart is playing around making fool of me and my money. Kindly support with the procedure for proceeding with the matter.
