I placed an order for a Loft wall clock (price -1799) on 14 Nov, 2020, payment for which I made through Gpay. The company informed me that the orders go through a 10 step dispatch process and it will get dispatched in 45-60 days. We are well into February now and till now I’ve received no information about my shipping.

The company has even stopped replying to my queries on their whatsapp customer care number. They also denied to refund my money citing their website saying “orders won’t be cancelled or refunded because they’re specially made for you.”

Please help me in getting my money back. This is definitely a scam/fraud company by the looks of the way of their business operations.
