- I bought a godrej cooling solution on 18 Feb 21 @ cost of ₹6202-/- which was suppose to be delivered by 20 Feb 21. After series of discussion with Amazon employees on daily basis the product was dispatched as per the conversation on 23 Feb 21 but still it is not delivered. After asking the Amazon executives it was told that seller tried to contact which was only once and further false claim by seller was made that delivery was attempted. When this issue was further raised with Amazon one of the supervisor denioed to escalate the matter and told that he is the last resort and product will be reaching delivery address the next day. Further for false commitment being made and amount being deducted for a long period of is a mental harassment by the Amazon for luring customers and then delaying the delivery (in my case delivery not yet attempted). On 25 Feb 21 when the seller delivery agent was contacted again he told that he is not having any document support through which he can maje a delivery., Thus denying delivery of the product. Meanwhile no status update of product is visible on Amazon official website while tracking package and further my another order of a smart watch was automatically cancelled without valid reason for which amount of ₹3400-/- appx was already paid to which Amazon is now stating to process a refund. It is thereby requested a compensation to be made by the Amazon for mentally harassing and making fraudulent statement for delivery of pruducts. Amount that is deducted from account and not meeting the timelines should be looked into because post deduction Amazon doesn’t take liabilty of the product delivery.
