After complaining my issue about not yet receiving my product on their email and calling the Xpressbees customer care number for the past 10 days. What I have gathered is that the call agent ignored me and kept me on hold for 2 minutes. Did not bother to ask me what the issue was, after I had already stated the same to them for the past five days. The WhatsApp is an automated response which they give giving wrong reasons that entry was not permitted. Eventhough we are available to receive delivery. Also saw the reality of the number of issues and cuss words that people have put on Xpressbees Google review and Instagram page with the same issue that I am facing. It’s a shame you guys had one job and couldn’t even do that properly, don’t know how long your service will work. Someday or the other you will be bulked by so many people complaining that you won’t be able to work your service out well.
