Hi Everyone
I placed an order on 27th and it was expected to be delivered between 3rd May – 6th May. But I waited till 20th May, but it was not delivered. Also, the status was not available for tracking. I made a call to customer care for the status he said it will be delivered soon. I again called on 28th May and he said order is not trackable and seller will confirm. I requested to cancel the order, but after that as well no action was taken. I again called customer care next day on 29th May and requested to cancel then customer executive told me that order is cancelled now and will get refund in 3-5 working days.
Its been 10 days already and no refund issued as of now. I called customer care again for the 4th time, they are telling to wait for 2 more days . I am already suffering from money crunch and its been 1.5 months that my payement is stuck, neither my product is delivering nor I am getting a refund for the same.
