I ordered a chair, wall decor and a tissue box for a total of Rs.914 on 27th December 2022. They didn’t have option of cash on delivery so I made an online payment via my G-pay account. It was said that the delivery will be made in 7 working days but there was no delivery. An invoice was provided by the e-commerce website, i emailed them 4 times but got no response. I really want my money back.

I had ordered from the Ethnic House for a Zero gravity Multifunctional folding sofa on the 4th of January 2023 received and order no-44022 for Rs.749. I made an online payment via Credit card & said the delivery will be made in 7 working days but there was no delivery. I have emailed and called so many times that I haven’t received any response.
Action should be taken against these people .
