- Purchased a mobile phone one plus Nord in exchange scheme . Due date 25th . They came twice but exhcnge phone.not formatted to facilitate exchange . Gave them time next day post wbich they have disappeared . Refuse to co-operate . Customer care of AmazonĀ refuses to render courier partner name so I may track and tbis is a damage to my work online . Now phone fornatted .unable to use it as I need to exchange work suffering and the delivery boy agent has entirely disappeared .. customer care doesn’t co-operate.. I will sue them for damage and loss of work due to no data on phone . I want resolition asap asap ..
