My bill cycle starts at 27th of each month. Because, I had consumed my data before 27th May 2019, I was eagerly checking my airtel app daily to check my new data for June month. But, it’s 2nd June, and there is no sign of data. It shows 0 GB left every single day. Everyday while travelling I am trying to use internet, and I get dead dropped speed of 2G that we get after consuming base 4G data in a postpaid connection.
When I called Airtel customer care service, to my utter surprise, they said I have already consumed my data. When I asked when did it happen, they couldn’t give me a valid date. In my last call, operator said it is getting used in very slow amount and the last date was 1st June!! The unlimited dropped speed internet that I am using and 0GB data left in my Airtel app from 27th May till today, this whole explanation did sound my so foolish and nonsensical! She repeatedly tried to encourage me to upgrade, but helloo ..IS THIS A SOLUTION TO MY MISSING DATA?!!!
I have been religiously paying all my monthly bills on time and this is what I am getting CHEATING!
