Airtel prepaid number 99034 45101
No internet data, no cellular network.
Airtel thanks app is the most stupid thing ever. It starts diagnostic, then asks me to switch off wifi (which I have to use as there is no mobile network). Once I switch off wifi, diagnostic stops saying “no internet connection”.
How stupid?? Ofcourse there is no mobile internet that’s why I am running the diagnostic..
Gave a negative feedback for the app on playstore, then an automated response comes, asking me to use the same app that’s I am complaining about and that’s not working.
Please send some money and involve a professional for designing your flow of steps in diagnostic.
And I need internet for which I have paid money.
