Concern still not resolved. Raised concern with Jio since 11-Aug for this month. Today is 16-Aug. Jio’s definition of earliest without any specific timeline is not helping. Concern still not resolved for the same issues being faced since Sep 2020.
No refund given by Jio for lack of services, only false promises of resolving concerns at the earliest since Sep 2020. I’m still paying Jio monthly rental and Jio is still not giving the required services of 999 plan as per Jio’s terms and conditions.
What is Jio’s definition of earliest?
