Hi All,

We ( Karthik & Myself) writing this email to show our worst experience and grievance with Dizzo (Real Me Tech life) worst customer support! Whoever copied to this email required to please review the email below and help us on this matter. PLEASE DONOT IGNORE THE EMAIL!!!!

If someone try to help us please share the thread for their visibility

Short Version of Issue Summary:

Product Name Dizo watch R talk, Purchase Date : 15th September 2022, Location : Chennai warranty : Available
Issue logged with Dizzo support: Date : 4th May 2022: Issue : No response from support team
Communicated with Dizo Support via Email as unable to log with Toll free Number : 18008433030
5th may : Recommended steps from Dizzo : else reach Nearby service center ( No service center in Chennai, Tiruvallur. Kancheepuram)
We do not have option so i checked with HOSUR service center and they confirmed no support for DIZZO watches.
We paid our earned money to get this product, Dizzo or realme tech life is not giving the product free of cost if no service center on location at their management take responsibility and tackle the situation. Dizzo support do not even know how to treat the customer how cheap??? we are spending our money on to buy the product you will not even respond the email on customer query. Is the service we get for all from real me tech life or Dizzo?
Without resolving the issue of the customer sending feedback survey was worse than ever.

@dizzo Support @realme Support – Please clarify with below points and Take Action immediately.

Why was the below issue not addressed properly by support team – DIzzo/Realme Tech Life will give a dump product (dizzo) and collect money from everyone get richer but we pay and will not even get response from the support team?
If a ticket is resolved, they should provide resolution from their end: Could you please clarify what steps take to resolve this issue?
Device is still under warranty – Please refund the amount or send replacement watch with extended warranty (as i have not used but i still paid the money)

Will try to loop if i get more contacts every day

MAY I KNOW THE STATUS OF THIS ISSUE, ALMOST THREE MONTH AM FOLLOWING UP TO KNOW THE SERVICE CENTER DETAILS BUT NO LUCK. MY DIZO WATCH UNDER WARRENTLY PERIOD, BUT WITHOUT SERVICE CENTER HOW I WILL CHECK IT. SEEMS THERE IS NO SERVICE CENTER IN TAMILNADU. IN THAT CASE ITS COMPLETELY YOUR MISTAKE. 1. The device does not charge after the movement may be because the device in contact with the skin when the residual sweat did not disappear, can manually wipe the device charging port with paper or fabric and try again.
2. Regular alcohol wiping of the charging contacts of the device can play a certain maintenance role on the charging port of the device and extend the service life.
