I was a user of fiserv icici merchant services but last year from November i have been calling and emailing them to cancel my subscription and take back their card swiping machine. But no response was given from their end till feb. After a lot if research i got to know they have a head office in Rajinder Place Delhi. I went by myself there and surrendered their machine. In the meantime they have been charging me with some amount which lead to a negative bank balance. When asked about the same they told me that nothing can be done on their behalf as you have surrendered the machine in February. I was not using their service from November and emailing them to take back their machine but no one came. Now they are totally denying everything and no customer service representative is ready to help.
