My jio fiber is not working since 30th August. In this course of time i have filed several complaints but received no help from jio. The local jio staff never recieves our phone and neither do they reply to our messages. We are tired of calling them on a daily basis asking to fix the wire but they have done absolutely nothing. Jio fiber has the worst customer service and the worst working staff.
