1. They promise to provide quick service if the internet ever goes down. But no way of contacting them.
2. The call executives just say someone will come to fix your issue but in 4 days no one came. When someone came they made the problem worst and said “problem resolved” on jio.
3. No reply on mails, whatsapps and no way of contacting a senior executive who would be more capable of solving the problem
4. False promises made and a lot of work and time lost behind them. They promise internet and service but they are not providing either. Customers should have access to the company they are dealing with.
