I bought Airtel My wifi/hotspot device through an airtel store : near, GF 15, L G PARK FLATS Complex II, Darbar Chokdi, Manjalpur, Vadodara, Gujarat 390011, I asked them how will it work if i have heavy use the lady at the store said don’t worry its best network we are using it for office purpose it works well, but when i bought it home it just don’t give the speed that it should i contacted store to ask for its return the person spoke so rudely asked me to share location on some WhatsApp number when i tried go send location the number was not available on WhatsApp i tried contacting that person but he is not answering the call. I need my hard earned money back anyhow and this store people should know how to treat customer also the store owner Viren Patel and Roshni a dumb customer care executive does not know how treat consumer he didn’t provide the bill of purchase saying its closing time will provide you that bill tomorrow through mail but next day also I didn’t receive bill i went to store asking for bill again excuse yesterday was sunday so will tomorrow that is tuesday. Airtel managers should know that their goodwill is in hands of such careless people.
