Once the connection is taken, if there is a complaint, there is no service in place to resolve this issue. Looks like they are not interested to service customers.
It is very difficult and not possible to get an issue resolved.
They dont even have a chatbot. no place to raise ticket.
The attitude of the company towards customer is like, check FAQ or get lost.
