Dear Sir
i have no credit card taken by uni card but showing in my cibil. I come to know that bank employees or others using my pan card and aadhar card copy issue a credit card for someone. i call the helpline to know the details but customercare refuse to share details due to there are mobile number and email id registered with them are different from mine, i asked them than why i am receiving call from uni cards to make payment of any card. too many emails and calls are made by me after that i got the certificate of No Dues from uni cards.
i complaint about it to uni card and got the certificate of card closer. i submit the certificate to cibil but cibli says contact to NDXP. So that i write this email.
i request you to look into the matter and help me.
