This is with regard to a complaint registered on your customer care number “121’ over 15-20 days regarding no coverage at my residence.
Anytime, somebody is trying to reach me, the message they are getting is that either I cannot be reached or my mobile is switched off, which is not the case in either of the messages the caller is getting.
After the complaint has been raised, I have received a call on a few occasions telling me that this is being looked into. Subsequently, someone from Airtel visited my residence 10th November to do a check on the signal strength and confirmed that the strength was indeed poor and this was being escalated to the technical department.
It has been 8 days since that visit and the problem persists. Some other residents in the building I am staying in have also a similar problem.
I have been an Airtel customer for over 9 nine years and my wife close to 18 years.
At this point, this needs to be looked into immediately and fixed and I need to be updated on a daily basis on what is being done to rectify this.
I look forward to your response and a confirmation that this is being addressed and fixed in the next few days.
