Hi,
This is regarding the an issue with my Voltas split AC.
Problem description:
This AC has given me lots of pain since day one and repeatedly a single complaint since past year .i.e. no cooling.Below are the list of service requests.

22040135386
22041335687
Ref service request 21081500201 , I raised on 15 Aug 2021, Gas refill was done on 18 Aug, as cooling was not in AC, Cooling issue reoccured by the end of August.
Ref service request 22040135386 , I raised on 1st April 2022 ,Gas refill was done on 7 April,2022 as cooling was not in AC.
Ref Service request 22041335687 , I raised on 13th April 2022 as the problem (No cooling) is still there.
This is the 3rd time I am reporting the same issue .
Engineer Vivek visited on 15 April and said the condenser is faulty.
Vivek revisited on 21 April,replaced the same,however it has not resolved the issue.(NOTE: The condenser replaced is small in size and it looks like it’s technically not suitable because there is a big gap on top of it which would suck direct air from open space of this ODU unit which would result again as no cooling/less cooling.)
Furthermre,the compressor is also found faulty.Customer care dont have any visibility of exact story and everytime they keep asking to explain the issue.On my request he transferred my call to senior department and I spoke to Pratiksha.She assured that it will take 3 days to resolve the issue but no exact date even on my multiple ask.Team took already several days and still new timeline is being communicated.Not sure if its being resolve or it will keep going ahead.
Need your help to resolve this long pending issue at the earliest.

I want so say that I complained about Washing machine since 5 March still now that complaint was not solved our local service centre was contacted with me they assured me that complaint will be solve within 2 days but they didn’t come then again I called to service centre they told me it’s very sunny here thts why our technician not going there really I was shocked hear that it’s very sunny what a silly excuse again i called to service centre again they told it will solve today but was not………
