I am an Airtel postpaid customer since 2014, but do not receive any connectivity (neither voice calls nor data) at my hometown in Goa.
I have raised over a dozen support tickets with the Airtel Customer Care team on 121 over the past four years, but despite promises to help get this resolved, nothing has changed. Given I’m forced to stay and work from my home in Goa during this pandemic, my situation has gotten worse, and while Airtel continues to charge me a monthly bill for its services, I barely get a chance to use them.
Requesting the Consumer Complaints Court to kindly intervene in this case and help me get the services that I’m being charged for.
