Text of Complaint by URVISH BIPINBHAI LIMBASIYA:

Sub: Jio fiber cable is disconnected by technician

Dear sir/madam,
I Urvish Limbasiya having a jio fiber no is 02613632251
Register mobile no: is *******038

We facing connection problem from the date of subscription.

We called to customer care several times, but didn’t get potential and proper solution of the connection issue.

Technician told the box where the cable connected is limited port of connection and there is no empty port to connect my cable.
If there is no more availability of connect cable why give me jio fiber connection and take payment ? Is jio fiber not able to extend the port in that box ?

They committed me on 9 th June to change the said box soon for extend cable port and we will get connection. After more than 30 days I didn’t get connection and solution.

I need the connectivity or refund of my payment if didn’t get connectivity and proper solution of my internet connection.

No one from customer care is serious for solving problem and I didn’t get satisfied reply.

I also emailed to [email protected] they provide two time the service number and said I got connectivity, but still i didn’t got any solution and connectivity.

If not get solution and connectivity soon, I will be get step to legal action for my refund.
Or I will destroy cable of all connections around me.

I feels that I am cheated by jio fiber.

Is this customer service of jio fiber??????
