It is with immense disappointment that there has been no service of Airtel DTH of my television 3000056463, location: Behala Parnasree, till date since last cycloan Amphan. We had called several times for help but not a single time did anyone respond. This was a pathetic experience. At the same time recharge alert messages keep coming.
My other service provider is absolutely ok.
I guess its time we go for a different connection.
Today i . e 10th June I got a call from Mr. Panja having No. when my renewal date has Come. He visited me & taken out the connector without asking me & asked for Rs. 350/-but I refused. Now my TV & Box both are inactive which is not acceptable.
Don’t you think I should discontinue Airtel DTH.
