The new connection is given on 06-Mar-2019 and even after 48 hours no channel is coming. Despite several calls to customer care they are not able to provide me the channels. Every call they ask for all the details like Customer ID, Account No, STB No, VC No. Frustrated with their services, raised a complaint for refund but it will take 15 days.
