Ordered a product on march 12th 2022. The product was not shipped till date.. So i went to cancel the order and to my disappointment wasn’t able to cancel the order which is unacceptable. I paid ₹39990 for the order and now i want to cancel immediately. The customer support is the worst of it all. Everytime they say they will escalate the issue , but i see no progress. Now i dont need any updates and i only want to cancel my order and get my money back. Order ID: OD124392810848542000
