Good Evening
I am using the jio sim, past 3 days i.e 3rd morning, i am unable to call or receive call along with no internet services. But when checked i have networks of 4-5 bars in mobile. Upon research i found 1 thing that in my home only there are 3 jio sims none of them work also when checked we got ported from other networks to jio.
May be the issue ?? Because one of the guy who came to delevery me in my lane he is also unable to call me states he also using jio that too ported sim from other networks.
I have raised complaint with jio, but states network is good and closed complaint.
Please try to understand my situation and help us
If any one visits Boduppal Lakshmi Nagar colony will face it.
