This is to inform you that l am using unlimited call package. However not able to call bank nos. Company nos. etc. After speaking to customer care officer it is informed that as per company policy l hv recharge for calling on bank nos. But lam not understanding that what is meaning of unlimited calls and why they don’t display in package details while recharging. I think this is clearly cheating with customers.
