It is not a free listing.once you register your property,the sales team gets after you to buy their basic plan of 4000/ rs so that they can provide you tenants.
They also tell you that there are 53 views for your property and 23 interested,so if you buy the plan they will forward the tenants.
The moment you buy their plan they give you one formality call for confirmation and then you will never hear from them.
When I kept calling customer care,they say you are not registered but when you share the details,they say it is another department.
They also convince you that a relationship officer will be provided who will provide you PPL interested in your property but to my horror all this is fake.they forward fake contacts and when you try to reach the relationship officer,some new executive says she’s not well so you have to explain all again and keep calling them .
All you get at No broker services is SCAM…THEY ARE FRAUDS
