Totally rubbish service. The person who came for service is very unprofessional. After service my AC got damage and there was a leakage issue started. I called customer care immediately after service for several time but no fruitful response received. When I asked for the complain number they told me there is no complain number for this. In app they show my service request is already completed. When I called the service person, they simply give me false commitment of second visit. I called them 5 times and each time they gave me a new time but not visited my place for the rectification. I am not sure what to do now? Who will rectify the issues what was made by No broker service partner? Need complete reimbursement or rectify the issue asap. Please help me.
