Dear Sir,
I will try to explain you my problem and hope action will be taken on it.
The issue:
1. On 11th Sept 2020, I have submitted the request for Airtel Xstream Fiber Broadband Service. Also, I have paid the amount 3036/- on that day only. After that, I got the application number i.e. 0202074876. They said that on 14th Sept 2020, your connection setup will be done by EOD. Also, they said, I will get a call from technical expertise for the setup.
2. On 14th Sept 2020, I allied up Airtel XStream Fiber customer care and they said our technical expertise will call you in 72hrs but as per the text message, they will call me in 24hrs. But I haven’t got any call from the customer care.
3. On 15th Sept 2020, I was tried to following up on customer care and local service provider but they didn’t respond and resolve my problem.
4. On 16th Sept 2020, I was tried to following up on customer care and loral service provider but they don’t resolve my problem again.
At this stage, I am having a hard time explaining your teams.
My Problem:
1. My connection setup is not done yet and I have already paid the amount for the same.
2. Airtel’s expertise is not resolving my problem. I continuously following up with them regarding my problem.
3. My job is depending on broadband service and if I’m not getting this by today then my organization will be fire from my job.
4. Even I’m not able to request for another connection because I don’t have the money.
5. If the connection setup is not done by today then please give my money now so I can request another service.
