Dear Airtel Team,

Its been 14 days that I have no broadband connection in my home. There was a service outage from 20th May to 30 May from your side then on 31st May I got a message stating that the service is resumed, but my connection was not resumed and that’s why I have raised a service request on 31st May ( SR no. 118052040) which was supposed to be resolved by today i.e. 3rd June 2020. But still no one contacted me from your end to resolve this issue.
I am continuously trying your customer complaint number but none of the “specialist” couldn’t resolve the issue.
Today morning at 11 AM I called your helpline and one of the specialist told that he has raised a Task ( Task Number -193365056 ) and the issue will be resolved within 4 hours, still nothing has been done.
And my last interaction with the customer care specialist around 3:30 PM today, the lady told that her supervisor is not available so she can’t resolve the issue and provided me the interaction ID only (ID- 1063776738).
See, during this lockdown we are working from home and broadband connection is the backbone. I couldn’t work at all and solely depending upon my  limited mobile data connection. I would request you guys to please resolve the issue by today.
More than 80 GB was left balance in my last billing cycle and the new cycle started, I lost both the data and the days and to top it off I lost my work performance due to no connection!
Team Airtel you guys need to step up, your service is an essential service and you cannot just hide behind the less manpower alibi for not resolving an issue. 14 days to resolve an issue ia no way accepted under any circumstances.
