The broadband connection at my house is not working for the last 14 days. The service that you provide is just horrible. If you are unable to fix it within 72 hours then I will discontinue the connection. My address is in Kolkata: 7N/1A Cornfield Road, Ballygunge. I have lodged a complaint and the complain number is 118020420. Kindly look into it. The service is disgusting.
