Pl, refer to my mails dt. 9.12.20 and 10.12.20 wherein I have intimated you that the bank is not receiving the bills from your end since last month. As a result they are unable to pay through my credit card as is being done for about last 10 yrs.or more. I am forced to pay the bill directly which is inconvenient for me,
Surprisingly no communication has been recd. by me from airtel in this regard.
pl.look into the matter and and let me know.
