NO ASSISTANCE FROM EXECUTIVE, CHEQUE BOOKS NOT DELIVERED AT ADDRESS MENTIONED, NOT EVEN CLOSING ACCOUNT, AND ALSO WE ARE PAYING UNNECESSARY BANK CHARGES

WE OPENED CURRENT ACCOUNT IN AXIS BANK, DOMBIVLI EAST BRANCH, MUMBAI ON 31/08/2022, SINCE THEN WE HAD AN EXECUTIVE WHOSE NAME IS NEELAM, WHO ASSURED US FOR ANY ASSISTANCE NEEDED IN BANKING AND OTHER FACILITIES. WHILE OPENING ACCOUNT WE HAD GIVEN OUR DOMBIVLI EAST RESIDENCE ADDRESS, THEY ASSURED US PROVIDE US CHEQUE BOOKS AND OTHER NEEDFUL ASSEST TO BE DELIVERED AT OUR DOMBIVLI EAST RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS. NOT EVEN A SINGLE CHEQUE BOOK IS BEING DELIVERED EVEN AFTER MULTIPLE REQUESTS. INITIALLY WHENEVER WE VISITED BANK, THEY ALWAYS USED TO BE SWEETS AND HELPFULL ASSISTING GENERAL BANKING STUFFS, LIKE PASSBOOK CLEARING, FORM FILING ETC. GRADUALLY WHEN WE STARTED ABOUT OUR CHEQUE BOOKS WE WERE IGNORED COMPLETELY BY NEELAM. LATER WHEN WHEN WE USED TO VISIT BANK WE ALSO NOTICED, WHENEVER WE ENTERD BRANCH, WE USED TO SEE NEELAM ON HER PARTICULAR DESK. BUT WHEN WE APPROACH FOR ANY ASSISTANCE SHE UNNECESSARILY USED TO KEEP US WAITING FOR LONG TIME, AND EVEN AFTER THAT SHE DID NOT HELPED, OVER AND ABOVE WE ONLY GOT FAKE ASSURANCES SAYING THAT GIVE US TIME FOR 2 DAYS, U CAN VISIT BRANCH AFTER TWO DAYS AND COLLECT YOUR CHEQUE BOOKS. AND THIS THING HAS BEEN REPEATEDLY FOLLOWED MULTIPLE TIMES. THEN GRADUALLY, FOR EVERY SMALL LITTLE THINGS I HAD TO VISIT BANK, AND WAIT UNNECESSARILY FOR AN HOUR APPROXIMATELY AND THEN LEAVE WITH WORK UNDONE FROM BANK AND ALSO ON THE OTHER HAND DISRUPTING MY WORK SCHEDULES.. WE ALSO NOTICED NEELAM HAS BEEN DOING THIS DELIBERATELY. WHENEVER WE WOULD VISIT BRANCH SHE WOULD ATTEND OTHER CUSTOMERS FIRST AND WHENEVER OUR TURN COMES UP CHE WOULD GO TO TALK WITH SOME OTHER EXECUTIVE, OR SHE WOULD COMPLETELY IGNORE US AND GOD KNOWS WHAT SHE WAS DOING WITH HER MOBILE PHONE. LATER ON, WE BEING FED UP OF THIS BEHAVIOUR FROM THE BANKING OFFICIALS, WE DECIDED TO CLOSE OUR ACCOUNT. AND GUESS WHAT, THE WHOLE THING REPEATS AGAIN EVEN TO CLOSE ACCOUNT. 6 TIME SINCE AUGUST 2023 WE HAVE REQUESTED TO CLOSE ACCOUNT. AND THE SAME IS STILL IN OPERATIONS AND WE HAVE BEEN UNNECESSARIALY CHARGED.

WE WERE MENTALLY HARRESSED DUE TO THIS KIND OF BANKING OFFICIAL BEHAVIOUR. IT IS ALSO LIKE, JUST TO GET OUR BAKING WORK DONE, WE HAD TO SACRIFICE OUR OTHER WORK SINCE WE KNEW WE WOULD BE WASTING OUR HOURS OF TIME BY VISITING BANK. TO GET OUR WORK DONE REALTED TO MONEY, WE HAD TO SACRIFICE OUR TIME FROM WHERE WE COULD EARN MONEY, SO IT IS LIKE COMPLETE LOSS OF BOTH OUR TIME AND MONEY. AND STILL THE PROBLEM PERSISTS, IT IS NOT BEEN SOLVED YET.

WE WON’T BE PAYING MORE CHARGES WHICH ARE WRONGLY BEEN IMPOSED TO US. ON A CONTRARY I WANT MY MONEY BACK WHICH ARE WRONGLY CHARGED TO ME. AND ALSO I NEED A COMPENSTATION OF MY TIME AND LOSS OF MONEY BEEN CAUSED DUE TO THEIR INCOMPETANCY AND LATHARGICNESS IN THEIR DAILY AND SIMPLE WORK. AND ALSO PLEASE GET THIS LADY NAMED NEELAM OUT OF THIS BRANCH, SHIFT HER WHEREVER YOU COULD, BUT PLEASE I DONT WANT HER TO BE HERE ANYMORE.
