I had booked this travels from Dharwad to Bengaluru on 14th/September, first of all the bus maintained very badly, bed sheets were smelling badly, at 3:00 midnight because of driver’s cautiousness he hit the lorry at near Davanagere, 3 people had very bad head injury, 1 aged person’s back was badly hurt, and 1 guys leg bone was dislocated, we passengers tried to call travels phone, there was nobody to answer, at least they did not arrange any other alternatives, after the accident it was very difficult to come out of the bus especially for ladies. I have rised cmplaint 3 -4 times on Phonepe and Redbus bus there is no response from Redbus or SS travels.
