I have never applied for transactree loan as per my best knowledge and I have also mailed mobikwik to close my zip account permanently so that it could never affect my cibil score.
But unfortunately all the service provider, like mobikwik, paytm wallet, they never ever care to close the account.
Isn’t it a right of customer to close the account as per wish
Please suggest over the case.
