Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am an Airtel Xtreme user. I have not received any internet service since 21/05/2020. I had logged a SR through the Airtel Thanks App on 24/05/2020 bearing SR number:117809672.
The estimated time was mentioned as 29/05/2020 and I had received numerous automated text messages from Airtel informing that the services will be resumed before 29/05/2020.
I am still waiting for my services to be restored and there is no proper update or date given to me. I always receive an automated text message which keeps on postponing the estimated restoration date.
I pay upfront for the Fibre service and the telephone line and,I want a proper update and I want a proper compensation in terms of the loss of service I have been encountering.
