In July2020 I have switched from Idea to Airtel, Call connectivity issue and poor internet service at my location Manish Nagar Nagpur. Complaint no.31-3281301519638 dated 04Aug2020 was registered. Various communications were carried at nodalofficer.mah@in.airtel.com, but after 25 days complaint is not resolved and now I wish to switch to other subscriber and Airtel is not providing NOC to switch.
Airtel have failed to provide service and I may please be allowed to switch.
