Hi,
My name is Naveen Kumar. I’m using airtel services and my number is 8722341122.
on 11/10/2019 suddenly my network dropped and getting “Emergency calls only” on the left side of the phone.
The very next day I went to the Airtel ARC center near HSR layout in Bangalore and explained what happened and they checked in their system and said some kind of migration happening and asked me wait for the end of the day , may be you will get signal but I didn’t get.
On Monday 1.e.,14/10/2019 i went to the AR one more time and asked the resolution for my request they said migration completed you have to change the sim or do sim swap you will get the network once you did and i went to electronic city Airtel ARC and completed My sim Swap by giving all my photo and proofs and they said with in 4 hours your sim will get activated. still im waiting for the network for the last 2 days.
My concern is how airtel will do migration by dropping network during business hours that too without prior notice to the customers and why im not getting network for the last 2 days after Sim Swap.
