My balance in airtel money is Rs 508 till 20th October .@0th Oct 19 was last recharge date .when try rs 558 recharge for 82 days of 3gb data daily .under my coupon flat rs 50 discount appear as auto applied from mobile application. after mpin may comes “coupon validation failed”& I m unable to recharge since yesterday many times .even your 400 no not solve my problem .Airtel money banl & recharge wing linger om problem to each other.pls helpfor recharge as well as redeem of rs 50 couponing my mob 8894603855.Or refunf my Rs 508 /- money so that i port my airtel no to other provider.I send mail to airtel but no solved my problem as promised within 2 days nor send any mail till 2 days passed.Presently my mobile not recharged due to airtel not refunding my Rs 508 /- or recharge Rs 558 / plan for 82 days with 3 gb data daily. Also take action against Airtel for not solving the problem.
