Hi Team
Unfortunately my Sim card is blocked by my son accidentally even the PUK code received on IVR is not helping me out. In present pandemic situation the customer service not doing any troubleshooting or trying to help but simply asking to visit nearest outlet of Airtel. Eventually when asked with post code any outlet available in the locality the answer was No.
