Text of Complaint by D. Balasubramanyam:

Dear Sir, Pray god the Airtel customers should not get heart attack for not able to contact customer care.(121). I’ve recharged for Rs. 98 on 10.3.2019 for my mobile no.9094434000. So far no outgoing. Unable to contact customer care on 121 or complaints on 198. SOS.
