Respected Sir/Madam,
My name is Jaishankar Sharma. I am. Residing at Virar -East, Nana Nani Park (pin code – 401305). I have been facing mobile network issues in my area and my home indoors from past six months. I have logged many complaints to the network provider (Airtel) on the Airtel Thanks app and also talked on with the Airtel customer care executive, but my issues is not been resolved. My Father’s and Brother’s mobile network is also the same (Airtel) and we are facing same issues. Me and my brother go for jobs in Mumbai and also soon we leave out of my area I get internet and network, but not in my area and my house.
I am really tired of logging complaints and talking to people from the customer care. They have the same dialogues and same attitude of saying that it will be resolved which has not happened yet.
I request you to kindly please help me with my issue.
