Hi

I am Nirmal and I am Airtel customer since 2009 and using the same number since 2009.

Today without any reason my mobile network was outage. I was not serviced with network in my mobile. Since I am an postpaid customer i pay the tax for every bill for the service. This happens frequently as of suddenly it goes as no service. And when in call it suddenly goes out of coverage. And even internet coverage is not satisfactory at all. It shows 3G but no online service. No data gets loaded. Lot of my emergency this happens frequently. I look forward a proper response for this issue. I hope many of the customer might have faced the issue. If we missed a single day of bill payment they charge 100Rs charge for late payment. What they gonna say for today there has been no coverage and network for the whole day 20.03.2019. If they have right to charge late fee and they also liable to pay loss that customer faced due to their any kind of issue. They should be liable to compensate the loss they made to me and to all the customer facing frequently these kind of issues.
