Hi,
Its been 1 week where I have connected to this fucking Airtel customer care more than 10 times but all these stupid people are doing is giving excuses. I have activated international roaming 2 months back and everything was working fine but suddenly, my sim stopped working around 1 week back (no network). I called airtel customer care since then 10 times but all what these stupid people tell is reinsert the sim, international roaming is not activated, please call after 30 minutes and one guy transferred the call to airtel digital tv while another one put on a long hold which I had to disconnect. I am not able to even change the mobile operator since I am in Sydney and helpless. Even not able to pay my Indian bills since OTP comes on Indian number. Worst day when I took this fucking airtel network. Please accept my complaint.
