I have been raising complaints to Airtel about poor quality 4g network in my residential area and even the customer care agreed that there low frequency 4g network.
They advised that the network towers are being upgraded hence there is no proper network during this period. I have been complaining about this issue from 2018 and I still get the same response.
Airtel proudly advertises saying it is India’s #1 4G network provider and the connectivity is available in mountains and forests of Himalaya and remote areas.
However, there is no proper network in city limits. Their own Airtel app does not load completely.
